Notice re Preliminary Results schedule

Top Ten Holdings Plc ('TTH'), the UK's third largest bingo operator with 40
clubs, confirms that the company's Preliminary Results for the year to 31st
March, 2008 will be announced at the beginning of August after the company has
finalised its
accounting treatment of VAT following the recent favourable Tribunal judgment
concerning VAT on certain bingo income.
