('Top Ten' or the 'Company')

Dividend and AGM Date

The Company announced in their preliminary results statement on 3 July 2007 that
it proposes to pay shareholders a dividend of 1 penny per share. This dividend
will be paid to Top Ten shareholders who are on the register as at 27 July 2007.
The dividend will be paid on 30 August 2007 subject to shareholder approval at
Company's AGM on 29 August 2007.
