('the Company')


Top Ten Holdings PLC ('the Company') announces that Anstruther Properties
Limited ('APL'), which holds 9.6 million shares of the current issued share
capital of the Company, notified the Company earlier today that the
shareholdings of A.Weston and S.N.Weston (the 'APL Shareholding') have been
demerged from the other businesses and assets of APL to a newly incorporated
company (the 'Newco').

The result of this restructuring is that the legal ownership of the APL
Shareholding has been transferred from APL to the Newco but that the ultimate
beneficial owners of APL Shareholding will not change.
