Retirement of Director


Top Ten Holdings plc, announces that Bruce Roberts (64) Operations Director is
retiring from the company and will resign from the Board.


Commenting, Sir Aubrey Brocklebank Chairman said:

'We would like to thank Bruce for the very valuable part he has played at Top
Ten and his contribution in helping to create the third largest bingo operator
in the UK. We wish him well in his retirement'
