TOP TEN ACQUIRES BINGO CLUB FOR £1.05 MILLION


Top Ten Holdings plc ('the Company'), the UK's third largest bingo operator, has
acquired Lance Leisure (Mexborough) Limited which operates a freehold bingo club
in Mexborough for £1.05 million.


The consideration for the acquisition has been satisfied by the payment to the
vendor of £844,118 in cash and the issue and allotment to the vendor of 181,138
new ordinary shares of 20p each in Top Ten Holdings Plc, credited as fully paid,
at an issue price of 113.66p per share.   Application has been made for these
shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on
AIM on 21 August 2006.  These shares, on admission, will rank pari passu with
the existing ordinary shares of 20p each in issue.


The acquired club is situated close to the Company's existing freehold club in
Mexborough.  After completing minor works to the acquired club, we will combine
the businesses and intend to sell our existing club.
